Precision Couplings
Bore mismatch is the most common coupling sizing mistake — check both shaft diameters.
A coupling has two bores: input (motor shaft) and output (load shaft). Match each bore to its shaft diameter, usually with H7 tolerance.
Low torque (steppers, encoders) usually use clamp type (no keyway); high torque (servo, spindle) use a keyway for more torque. SAILINK machines keyways and custom bores to your drawing.
